The BCre8ive website will bring digital creatives together with professional developers in creating new works for audiences.  A collaborative online environment offering artists new ways in which to work together, develop new ideas, and deliver their creations.  Partners include Aardman Animation, Kisi productions, and Jager Developments.

BCre8ive Mashup – an online collaborative space

The initial entry point into the BCre8ive universe.  This site, due to launch at the end of 2011, matches artists initial output with like minded collaborators to generate new artistic teams capable of reaching audeinces in different digital mediums from imersive games to webisodes, and mobile downloads.

BCre8ive Workshop

An open access public workshop. These workshops, run in collaboration with major arts organisations,  are where people  can meet fellow collaborators initially in person, and then online, in mentored groups for intensive project development.  The teams formed in the workshop produce concepts for dramatic worlds using elements contributed by workshop participants. These dramatic worlds form the basis for proposals, which are taken into the Dynamic Labs.

Dynamic Labs

The Dynamic Labs are the link between the creative process, finance, production and offline, as well as online, audiences. They are the hub where creatives and publishers collaborate in a dynamic universe. In this stage of BCre8ive, experienced realisers e.g. games developers, writers, illustrators, animators,visual artisits etc. are teamed with the concept creators to produce a range of proposals. These proposals are then produced with publishers for exploitation via licensing and joint venture deals for distribution across appropriate platforms.
